You’ll architect, build and deliver bespoke applications for our clients, and help shape our technical direction as the team grows.
InterviewingAbout Bairing
Bairing is a forward-deployed AI consultancy. We help UK businesses put AI and bespoke software to work by first mapping how their operations run. Engagements begin with a 48-hour Diagnostic and develop into an Operating Map of the business, on which we build AI agents and custom applications.
Role overview
We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer with deep Python expertise to architect, build and deliver bespoke software for our clients. You’ll own projects across the full development lifecycle, from solution design through to deployment and post-launch optimisation. The role calls for strong technical leadership and scalable system design. You’ll help shape our technical roadmap, mentor other engineers, and ensure every application we deliver is robust, secure and efficient.
